10 Rupee Coin & Faisal Mosque

This coin came into circulation out of nowhere and just like that it seems like it also left circulation, without any idea of why and how it even came in the first place. I found out it exists when I was buying some snacks and the shopkeeper gave me a 10 rupee coin in change. Since I was in Islamabad and the coin had Faisal mosque was conveniently located just a few miles away, I woke up early in the morning to go to Faisal mosque to avoid the crowd and take this picture.
