5 Dollar Note & Lincoln Memorial

I went to Boston for a debate conference and after it I decided to go visit friends in Washington DC. I also knew that most of American notes have government buildings in DC on the back (except for the $100 note), and that made for a perfect day trip to DC! My friend and I took a day out to explore DC and walk around and also take currency project pictures. This was the last picture of the day, when we visited Lincoln Memorial and Washington Monument. The sun was right behind the building, which made the note a bit see-through, but it was a great place to take pictures in the evening and we made sure to get those iconic DC photos!
